HELP!!! Black screen

Today I have a new problem:
SPH-DA01/ ipod touch4 or iphone4S (all updated)
When I connect the radio to iPod/iPhone the radio screen goes black, if I push the home button show the main page correctly icons app and iPod couloreds but when I touch the app icon the screen return black!
I have try to reset with apposite button, reset on option menu, power disconnect... but nothing!!!
If I select iPod function listen the audio, but not video.
Does anyone have a solution?

Anyone have my same problem?
sometimes during use, my radio switching automatically from the main page menu to setting page.

reinstall firmware

hi I have install the new 2.56 firmware on appradio 1, but I've lost the backgrounds! it's possible to select only black one...
anyone know the system for firmware reinstall?
I put the sd card into slot but the radio show me that the firmware was updated and it's impossible to reinstall it
