.part means you have a partial download so you are not getting the full file and yes you will need a dl dvd

hey idkud50 what brand and type of blank of media did u burn to?

so i started dl'ing the zip this morning @ 10 and it just finished downloading @ 310...and what happens when i open in win rar "unexpected end of archive" and "either multipart or corrupt zip archive" guess i got a bad dl...will retry and talk to you in another 5 hours

Switch to firefox. The only failed downloads I have had have been IE7 and there is only about 75 people transferring right now so you should be able to get it much quicker.

You should save the file. As to where that is up to you. I have a mac and my FTP files are automatically stored in an FTP folder which is divided into sub folders by the FTP server. The desktop would be a good place as it is easy to navigate to

I have burned 07 on memorex disks, i would guess that 08 will also work...

I personally used Verbatim DVD-R DL Inkjet Hub Printable Media that I bought a 10x 100 pack a few months back.

I used Memorex DVD+R DL 2.4x

where did u buy from , that type if media is hard find?

I finished downloading the zip file then once I went to open it with win rar it says unexpected end of archive. Whats up with that I know I downloaded the whole thing.

When you burn with Magic ISO are you supposed to populate the "Finalize CD" tab? What about the "Mode 1 or Mode 2/XA" tab?

I just burnt the West DVD and it says it was not the appropriate disk....?
