upd 15.12.2009 update for 3.020200 version, UC or EW.

fixed CommonLib.dll for MAP button or map icons, and no parking warning

fixed MainMenu.exe - only for power-up warning, via press MAP button after two seconds

(need fixed CommonLib.dll for work)

fixed SystemSetting.exe - for Pioneer DEBUG MODE in System Information tabs

my f90bt always show me error screen, so, i always need press OK twice.

i don't understand, how to disable both nag screen.

for first - i can edit speed setting in config file, but for second error - no any way at search.

so, i found 3 screen for navi warning at my avic

map

destination

setting->navi

but in avic software i just found and skipped only first two screen,

also my avic UC (US) version, so it can tested only at UC software.

guys, if anybody has time, please test. thanks.

Carver -

I have an F90BT (US) running Diaftia's mods on v3.020200. I copied the 3 files to my APL directory, and still got the nag screen. So, then I tried just copying the commonlib.dll, and it still didn't work. What am i doing wrong?

BTW - both times it asked me to update my system settings. Is that normal? Should I say yes or no to this prompt?

Thanks,

does this remove the parking lead detection msg too? thanks

I installed this on my F700BT and it works great for the most part Im running 3.02. I never see the annoying caution screen before switching to Navi. It works when the unit boots straight to navi or if I switch to it.

The only problem that I have encountered is that sometimes when the unit boots up straight to the navi screen the map does not track. By this I mean that the arrow icon starts moving accross the map as I drive and eventual leaves the screen. The map doesn't "follow" and i'm left with a static image. If I hit the map button it snaps back to track the arrow and everything works great.

This occurs maybe 20-30% of the time I start the car. Anyone else have this happen and/or have a solution?

Thanks for the hard work. Nice and easy, leamon skweezy. Worked on my 700 no issue.

Does anybody have my same setup and can verify that this will remove the start up warning? I've got a F900BT with unofficial FW 3.0 and Diaftia's Hybrid Mod v2.3 There are no other changes. I'm sure that Carver has answered my question already but I have a real hard time understanding his English (sorry Carver). :?

Would be great if someone could tell me which files to use and how to install in English. Thank you!

So its a bit confusing. Does the download from the 1st page work for US versions? I have an F700BT US.

Posted Apr 04, 2010 · 15:47 UTC#133

Yes.

Posted Apr 05, 2010 · 15:05 UTC#134

I used the download from the first page and it is all ok for me.

I have one F900 EU version and the official 3.020200 fw. :D

I replaced the three files inside the APL folder, with files from the AVIC_F900 v322 nowarn.rar archive, everything is working perfect for me. I have a US/CANADA model of AVIC-X710BT.

There are a couple on the 1st page, which one did you use?

Hello, I live in Europe and i have a F910BT since 2009. I have used the testmode v2.3 and it worked well. Then i copied commonlib.dll from the AVIC_F900v322nowarn.rar and this works perfectly. I also put in the compass mod and also a succes. Thanx for that all.

Now i want to figure out the speed warning system. I have te speed camera function installed and its working, but i only want to have the warning when i am driving too fast. Now the F910BT always gives a warning, no matter the speed i drive. Is there any solution to this?

Regards, Chris.

If I am running 3.0101, which version of this do I run? will the 322 version work just fine? Or should I go to one of the previous versions? reading here it looked like they weren't as stable?

Thanks Chuck88, I had read that but I wasn't sure of the context. I'll give it a try.

I downloaded and installed this on my F700 yesterday. So far I am enjoying it. I have noticed two issues though -

Sometimes when the map screen loads, it is a static screen i.e. it does not move when I drive the car. When I press the Map button, the map screen becomes normal but sometimes I can't even press the map button (see below)

The second issue it that sometimes after booting up, the nav unit becomes unresponsive for a while (about 3-4 minutes)

I'll give an update in a few days - maybe it is just a temporary issue.

I have already noticed your first issue, but couldn't relate it to the hack though ...

Never the second one though.

I haven't seen either of these issues in last couple of days. I installed couple of mods after this issue and one of them might have fixed the problem.

I am very happy with the Nag Screen gone

I tried it out this morning, looks like it works fine so far. I played with the debug screen, that is what I have been looking for, THANKS!

Does anyone know if the "Caution: Screen image may be reversed" can be removed when viewing rear camera? I imagine, the text can just be replaced with spaces once found.

I just found out more details about this issue when I am driving in tight streets around my house: sometime there is a target cross on the map screen right after booted up, like the one that you press the map screen but without the cursor popup menu. If you move your car right after starting it, you might get very far and out of the last screen with the target cross, but you car is moving around the street but out of the last static screen. That is why when you press the MAP button, it does resume normal display. I notice that this morning because after moving a while around the cross, I still see my location but not centered in the map.

I think that this should be caused by this Nag Msg hack.
