i deleted the both folders completely.. I will go through all the .wav files and delete all the Russian one I find.

It appears that ALL the spoken audio files in AUDIO are in Russian. Any idea where the others are? Are there any I can copy over from iGO? I get English speedcam warning s there. One point, Primo tells me in English when I am over the speed limit (to be deactivated very soon), so where are those warnings?

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... Annoyingly.

You?

Thanks for the voice files. I just put them in the AUDIO folder?

I take it you are not having issues in the UK? Can I ask what unit you have and if it is a European one or a US one?

Could you share your sys.txt

Just wondering why mine can't seem to put me on the map reliably. If I wipe the save folder the machine starts me off in Paris! But it then, usually, starts working. Funny thing is, the car is in Paris but if I go into where am I the latitude and longitude are for here in the UK.

I've got a European 900BT.

If you PM me with your e mail address I will send you the sys.txt I am using. As I said I have yet to go on a route but I am picking up satellites etc, when parked upî”Tomorrow is D day for me...off out on the road.Traffic works fine, speed cams are showing and text to speech all working ok.Only issue is with the sound, only audible when playing via SD card.

I tried it and error message came up for line 26 testmode 1? I believe it is in the start.ui.. Jimbo

Delete the ui_pioneer folder and add:

1 run 'START_APPLICATION "\My Flash Disk\APL2\iGo\run\button\button.exe" ""'

in your start.ui file inside your data zip right under

<state st_Start>

<script init>.

For Euro AVIC users try the file below. It is a never initialized fresh copy of the May 2011 release with a minimal sys.txt. Delete the entire Primo directory in My Flash Disk and copy onto your unit. I tested it on my US f500bt and it worked perfectly. I hope it solves your satellite and speedcam warning issues. Please leave some feedback as to how it works and if it solved any issues you have been having.

thanks for you efforts, but, nope, still in central Paris apparently... I haven't been able to get it to work for past dozen goes now, not sure what else to do.

As i said the Lat and Long are correct, I believe, they certainly move with me as does the altitude, it just doesn't seem to translate into an postion on the map very often.

Just completed first trip using Primo, about 150 miles.Apart from losing traffic info, everything went perfectly.Junction views are brilliant,a big improvement on IGO.Looking forward to learning more about it in the days to come.

I PM'ed you about the sys.txt? I'm having no luck. which is really annoying as it is clearly so much better than std IGO.

I am on it as well as Palexr

Does anyone read Russian? I believe there a few threads on other forums about this - I think that is where this came from...

So weird. More then half the people posting in Primo threads seem to be from Europe and no one has mentioned similar problems. Even a newer version and sys.txt didn't help? Maybe ovalball can help since he seems to no have the problem.

Use Google Chrome, it will translate the page to English for you.

Hello, please also about SYS.TXT

Thanks in advance Pat.

Hi all.Just completed a round trip of over 300 miles with no real problems.Lost traffic info but I think this is an issue with settings in so much the TMC info is available at the outset of the journey but doesn't update. As soon as I can I will post my sys.txt on here(hopefully tonight)and maybe other European users can try them and see if things improve.
