Ok so why all the arm chair developers here? You'd think the man knows what does and doesn't work here so lets let him do what he does and be patient. Im sure if all these suggestions were possible it would already work.

I seem to remember for the ios6 backgrounding issue, it was a suggestion from a forum member regarding the musiccontrolspro tweak that gave Mike what he needed to get backgrounding working. Where's the harm in people throwing out suggestions just in case one might help?

Firstly hello!, long time reader first post....

I am a developer myself and often find discussions on forums such as these can often trigger something leading me to solving problems from a completely different angle. It's usefull, sometime you just can't see the wood for trees.

I jailbroke especially for app radio extensions just after xmas and have stalked Mike D on twitter religiously every hour since hoping for an update :)

Gutted to hear it has possibly run out of steam.

Reading Mike's explanation on how it originally works made me smile - pretty slick, I like it.

Mike can I be cheeky and ask for a copy of the code?

Would love to have a dig about and see what I can hack together, obviously I'd feedback if I find anything of interest.

Just sent you a DM about the code.

The link for the latest beta is http://mikedecaro.com/repo/AppRadioExtensions_2.1.0_Beta17.deb. You can change the file name to AppRadioExtensions_2.1.0_Beta16.deb, AppRadioExtensions_2.1.0_Beta15.deb, etc. to install older versions. Download the file on your computer, email it to yourself, and open on the phone using iFile.

It's just going to take some time to get everything working again. No ETA right now.

The donation link has been temporarily removed from my website. I shared the code with a couple other developers and I want to make sure the donations go to the right person when the time comes.

I would like to inquire about the code as well Mike. I have done a lot of coding using C and Java in Eclipse and would love to take a look as well.

Hi Mike, Do you think the new Cydia Substrate will help with the development on the IOS7 64bit A7 iphone 5s?

Hey guys!

I´m from Germany, somehow our HU´s got other names than yours, so mine is AVH-X8600BT.

The AVH-X8600BT is one of the newest Units (new version of the 8500BT), it isn´t officially released on the website, but i got one.

Now my problem:

I tried to install AppRadio Extensions on my Jailbroken iPhone 5S, running on iOS 7.0.4.

Everything worked so far, but when i go to the settings and go the the AppRadio Extensions section, it says

"There was an error loading the preference bundle for AppRadio Extensions."

I tried to reinstall AR Extensions and the offical AR App from Pioneer.
Isnt it working on my iPhone 5S at all?

PS, Sorry for my bad english :b

edit: same shit on my iPad Air. Maybe the 64-bit Processor?

Can anyone help me
I'm on IOS6.1
Yesterday I updated appradio from the AppStore to 2.6.1 and straight away as soon as I exit an unsupported app on the radio I get a black screen with audio still playing until I close app radio app on the phone and reopen it.
I've tried rolling back a version of extensions, uninstalling app radio/re-installing, rebooting. No joy :(
Would anyone be able to upload and post a link to the pioneerappradio.ipa to a version or two back like 2.6, 2.5, etc?
I'm distraught

Read up a page or 2 and you should find the instructions to download old versions of App Extensions.

I know how to install previous builds of extensions and like I've said I've tried old versions of extensions and the result is the same!

I need an old version of the App Store app/IPA "pioneer appradio"
