Do you have a valid lyc file for 2017Q3? A file with a name like:

Pioneer_LMG_for_North_America_SKU_2004688_2017_Q3.lyc

?

It is easy to find maps, but there is never a lyc file and we need it for Pioneer unit...

Help unlock sd card does not work. I tried everything as written in the post. The computer does not see the sd card. Are there any other programs for unlocking sd card?

I updated my AVIC8100 from 1.05 to 1.11, now no maps display and everything is gray where it should be showing the map. I tried to boot up into test mode but the radio boots normal even when the USB is plugged into port 1

any idea's?

bad files or usb

tried 2 usb's and an SD card all FAT32. possible bad files I guess is there a more current link to download them? I don't see any links on page 10 anymore

I hope I'm not asking a question someone else has already asked, but at the risk of being redundant, can you load a custom ROM onto an AVIC-z150bh and without removing the radio from the car? If yes, How does one go about this? I read into the first couple pages of this thread and wasn't sure how to interpret it. I have rooted my Android phones in the past, so I suspect I have the skill-set to perform this hack, but, well, I could be wrong lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I really would love to upgrade my pioneer with a more customizable GUI.

Edit: nevermind, I found 1.07 firmware, downgraded it and now use testmode key to enter test mode.

I have 1.07 on my 5200, if I upgrade to 1.08 will the goldenapple.tst still work? or should I stay with 1.07 to patch it?

7000nex SD disc image anyone have a copy floating around???

I'm having trouble creating testmode_s.  I can't figure out what string I need to use for the 1st and 3rd field.  Can someone help out with this?

Why are using testmode_s...... 

The DVD discs won't eject.  It will take them and play, but don't give them back.  I tried the eject lock, but didn't work.  I heard that there is a setting in testmode_s to reset this.

Ha! Would love to pull out my Avic-Z3, dump the ROM on a DVD and see if it works.
