I have also updated my AviÑ F20BT! I had problems on 98%, "set the correct SD"
I solved the problem, copied the modified file RenewallFlib.dll in the update 2017!

This file matches the Cardinfo I used with the 2015 update.
I will put it into the 2017 update and test it.
Thanks!
Thank's Godzilla, all works fine!.
Dzięki Godzilla wszystko działa!

Where did you get the modified file RenewallFlib.dll?
Did you make the changes mentioned in the 2015 thread?

You don't need a different RenewallFlib.dll. If you got that far, the ShortFuse hack succeeded. These "Wrong SD" errors are caused because something is wrong with your map installation files.
I can think of two likely causes.
People, don't modify any files on the Map Update SD - with the possible exception of CardInfo.CIF. If you modify files on the SD, the CRC won't match the original files and the installation will fail. Go back to the files from the original (godzilla) zip and extract them. Also be sure to surround his password with single quotes. Then start the installation over.
Thanks RonS!I've done all this:Unpacked 2017 Update with "Single Quotes"then as Psydon wrote:edited CARDINFO.CIF.OE9R75LQ2MJ2X72EURand replace it withX07EURX27EURX30EURThen save CARDINFO.CIF and replace the update to SD card.(I already provide edited CARDINFO.CIF, so you can simply overwrite it)Then I used TestMode to get RenewalIFLib.dll from HU to edit it.I copied from the following location \ USER \ PRG0 \ APLThen it worked on PC with HxD.exe and made the following changes:Replaces all (hex) 0350A0E3 with 0050A0E3.Saved the file, copied to SD card, then copied to HU copied to:\ USER \ PRG0 \ APLand\ USER \ PRG1 \ APLBooted SD Card with 2017 update, then entered for update password: PASSWORDPASSWORDAt 98% received the message "Wrong SD", I repeated 2017 update-the same result !!!Then I tried to write the files to another SD, the result is the same!Next, I chose to SD 2017 Update\ UPDATE \ USER \ PRG \ APL to replace RenewalIFLib.dll with the modified RenewalIFLib.dll.Then everything works!!!seafarerEdit RenewalIFLib.dll in HxD.exeReplaces all (hex) 0350A0E3 with 0050A0E3Try again, as RonS writes, again unpack 2017 Update...I am sorry for my English
Hallo Michael_81,
sorry,
but, I finally made it to get my old 2015 status back.
I first have to relax a bit before I try further.
Many thanks to RONS and Michael_81.
After many tries, i finally succeeded with the update on my f930bt. Used a 2 gb sd for the shortfuse hack and after that the 8gb sd witch is always in my unit. I got at first the error wrong sd. After new format and freshly extracted update files the unit finally accepted the sd. The 8 gb sd was formatted as fat32/32 clusters. other fat32 my unit didn't accept. I hope its helpfull for someone. Many thanks at RonS and Godzilla!

I've had good luck with 4 GB SDs formatted FAT32 with default cluster size. I think most updates from Pioneer/HERE are either 4 or 8 GB. Although the applications can read bigger capacities, I think the boot and loader software is only smart enough to handle a limited subset of disks. Glad you persisted and made it work.

Default cluster size was 4096 bytes.

Lots of instructions placed in the topic that's why dont leave another one,
Suksess!!!!!!!!!! F930BT
step 1: download download shortfusescript.zip and 2017 update file
step 2: unpack shortfusescript on a fat32 SD card
step 3 Run script on F930BT ( just place SD card and touch a key when asked.
Step 4: unpack 2017 update on at least 4GB sd card.
step 5: place sdcard in F930BT and restart
step 6: choose update procedure yes. When asked use PASSWORDPASSWORD as password.
enjoy... for this F930BT type no other steps are needed. ( probably because its the original for this type and several others)
Thank you godzilla and RonS
Does work with shortfusescript also on f30bt and f920bt.
Thanks to godzilla and RonS!

Try the map update with the original CardInfo.CIF Replacing it doesn't make sense for a F9310BT since the godzilla files should support it as is.
Hi! Good work, i installed on my AVIC F940-BT and working! Thank you !
Now, after a few days, I succeeded.
The only difference to my previous attempts was the way I unzipped the files.
Instead of unzipping into a PC file and then copying to the sd card this time I directly unzipped to the sd card.
Many thanks to Godzilla and RonS!
