  1. You've all been waiting for it! TestMode for the X and Z Units is finally here! Source: Condi's HACKMODE v0.1
  2. Really? http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/31401-new-traffic-tuner-will-work-on-a-z110120-upgraded-to-z130/
  3. Yes, the app would need video out, or the phone would need to be jailbroken to allow any app to output. App mode is just a button that puts the AVIC in iPod video mode, nothing more.
  4. They're typically released in the summer, that's the way it's always been.
  5. The AVIC can output AV to a second screen, but not nav.
  6. I heard about the OBDII on the Kenwood, does that actually work well? Pioneer doesn't have any built in OBDII stuff, but you could use an iPhone OBDII app with video out to the AVIC (or anything) if you wanted.
  7. This summer, I don't know exactly when.
  8. VR would not be related to the bypass.
  9. Basically. It's over on the Z120 and up on the Z130, grounded, along with the parking break.
  10. Well since it's working at low speed, your parking brake is definitely grounded. Just double check the bypass pin; make sure it's seated all the way in the correct pin, and grounded.
  11. It would work at very low speeds if the parking brake was grounded.
  12. Something isn't done right. The most common issue is the pin gets damaged and doesn't stay in. Pioneer didn't change anything.
  13. To get video of any kind while in motion, it needs to be bypassed. It's one of those things that goes without saying.
  14. Interesting, I'm usually the first to hear of such things. It's long been hinted that we would see a new generation of units for 2012. We probably won't know anything official until Pioneer's Summer Road Show.
