In my area there are a lot of new developments that came up in the last 2 years and since the maps are "sooo up to date" I have notied that in some areas like arlington national cemetary and where its a huge open space it will gray it out. hahahah. I got the d3X from them two weeks ago. I called in and talked to a guy and he gave it to me for 678 shipped. I ordered it monday and it came by friday. Thats kind of funny. I just checked my statement to make sure they did not tack something extra on lol. I am still going to try and get the rebate though. I am installing the d3 in my 05 corolla right now. I have two questions which probably seem stupid but want to make sure. On the corolla harness there are two wires orange/white and orange/black. On the avic there is only a orange/white (ILL) but, on the wiring chart on the back of the corolla harness package it says orange-illumination and orange/white dimmer. Thats confusing since thats technically not what wires are on the harness. According to charts it says these wires are "not used". What should I do? Just connect the orange/white to the orange/white on the avic? I am only worri

I was looking at corvette shop down in Florida who is also a authorized retailer and the prices are about right give or take. The only difference is that its was about 80 dollars more expensive at 6th ave but at least you are not paying 800 or so up front. I have a corolla right now and I am getting the D3 installed in it shortly. I do want to purchase a 07-08 camry probably used and want to know if it will fit in the camry. Hi, I was just wondering what I am going to need to get the D3 to fit into the space of my current 6 cd in dash changer on my 05 corolla. I only ask because the radio has a weird curving thing that it does at the top of it where it sits in the dash. i know that the d3 is smaller then the space that the radio is currently in. Will I need special brackets? Has anyone seen a d3 in a corolla?
