Thanks RonS, I just updated the 2012 maps and it also updated the firmware from 3.001 to 4.001. Is there a way to get it back?

My Z130 did not give me an option to navigate by voice. It only recognizes these 3 options: Call <name><type> Play or Browse the album <album> Change source to <source name> I try to say "I need directions", but it didn't recognize it. I can I add "find an address" with VR? Thanks...

I updated sdata successfully, but for the ldata it gave me the error "Operation with partition "D:" terminated, the archive is corrupted (0X70020) Tag=0XF5F8CBCF76515639. I downloaded the image two times and both give me the same error. I can restore 2009 image with no problem. I am using windows 7. Thnaks

When/where did you get the "corrupted" error? Also you need to upgrade the map (ldata) AND system partitions (sdata). I just update the (ldata) and left other partitions intact and got the corrupted error. Is it because I just try to upgrade (ldata) partition only and get the error? Should I also update the (sdata)? Thanks...

I have tried several times with two different computers with error "corrupted". I download and seed again and hope it will be OK. Note: I tried to restore the map partition only. Left the other partitions alone.

Anyone in Dallas area I can help you to update your Z3.

I updated my Z2 to Z3 image and everything was working OK, but when I press the voice command icon then the unit resets itself. I did the hard and soft resets on the unit and still same results. Here is what I did... Use the Acronis True Image Home 11.0 and restore only the LDATA and SDATA. Thanks.

I have 2007 CrewMax Tundra and I put my Z2 GPS antenna under the dash and it worked fine.

I finally got my Z2 upgraded with Toshiba 80G. I resized MSV partition like these: [17.52 GB FAT32][572.8 MB FAT32][55.5 GB FAT32][572.8 MB FAT32]. I have installed new HD to Z2 and went to "Hard Info" and found only 26% of the HD is free. Did I do anything wrong? I have tried 2 different HD's and got the same results... Thanks.

I just did the upgrade for my Z2. I took out the 30G and put in the new 80G. I have noticed when I went into hardware info menu and saw 26% used space and the blue bar is all most to the end. I did not have anything on it yet. I have expanded the MSV to 55.5G. Is the Z2 having problem to recognize the bigger MSV partition? Thanks...

Hi guys, I am about to buy a used Z2. It does not have GPS antenna, just the unit only. Can I just hook the two power wires and see if the unit even power before I buy it? What should I look for? What are the colors for the power wires? Thanks...
