    Are you sure that your cable is completely plugged in? I had a similar issue when it was partially out.

    Probably already know this but it confirming that it works on the 5100. Still new at this.

    I've had my unit for about 6 months now and it has played me with problems from the very start. First I can't access AVICSYNC even though i updated the Firmware to 1.05. I can't update the maps because it says I have a lisence error. Any tips?

    I have the same problem and I just reupdated the firmware to 1.05 again. Still a license error. Any tips?
