Bump, please -

So last week I had the F90BT installed and still had static issues on FM, But another thing I noticed was the MSN Direct Signal almost NEVER has signal, some times it does for about a min and goes away, but I am thinking that is due to the fact there is static on my FM channels.... So my installer is trying to blame it on the grounding in my car, but I don't think that is the case becaus

I just got the F90BT Installed 2 things are REALLY bugging me 1) On the Maps it is showing downward and not upword , I hit the Red/White arrow and it does nothing ( i really really really would like this to work ) 2) For my steering wheel controls everything works but up and down for presets , they tried to program the device to do presets but the F90 won't do it, it worked on the D3 3) The presets won't show for the HD radio(model # GEX-P10HD), just a blank screen with numbers but won't show the presets, is this normal? Also the installer used the same harness as my D3 but moved

my hd is not showing up 4 the presets. And my audio control works for tuning but not my presets. The installer said it does not work.

So I call the installer and being the car in... he checks it out and everything seems fine, but what he did new was ground the antenna to the car...
