Internal amp

I've been up and running with my new Z2 for a couple of weeks now. The last couple of days if I am navigating and trying to adjust av volume odd things happen. I now have no audio on XM or AM or FM . Volume is fine on navigation, DVD is LOUD even on 1 (maxed out on 1).... so is the music library. I can adjust up to 40 and it stays at the same level 1 to 40...0 goes quiet. XM is getting signal... I looked for mutes, adjustments that I may have hit... held various buttons in...checked the manual for help recalibrating volume...factory settings restore....and I guess its a soft reboot woth the t

They took my Kenwood DVD unit 6019, Ipod adapter, Bluetooth adaptor, Xm receiver and my 80gig video Ipod. No alarm except for factory. truck..broke back slider glass. Had as much time in there as they wanted. Insurance company repaired window and replaced the system and upgraded me to the Z2 since my Kenwood is no longer made. Came out and installed it onsite. No more sending checks anymore I guess. Great upgrade for me. And they threw in the XM traffic with the XM. I need an alarm NOW !!! BADLY !! I did searchbut I am still unsure of one part. My Kenwood was stolen and my insurance company is sending a mobile service out to install a Z2, Ipod, Bluetooth, XM, XM Navteq. It's a 2005 F250 crew cab, dual LCD monitors in the back seat. I had my Kenwood bypassed with a switch in case of police stops etc... I guess people are worrying about that these days. My question comes from me not knowing the build date of my Z2. Do I need to ask the installer to do the two wire ground and then just run the ISO ? I'm seeing ISO's that say Z1 and Z2, is there just one ? Thanks for your help guys !
