My 05 Escalade did the same thing. I had to bypass the bose amp to fix the volume issue.

i am having the same issue. i just added an amp. Thats it.

Hey thanks guys I will give it a shot and let you know. I guess I may need a manual for your mod Since this is the 1st time I've really driven with the mod I'll have to take notes and pay attaion to what's on and what's not. thanks again.

Diaftia, maybe I'm explaining it wrong and I only noticed it today. I was on a straight route I95 and the map swiched to 2D mode on me. There were no turns or exits I was making. But your explaination makes sense. I could of been beong re-routed due to traffic. Geez I will try again on the way home and see what happens. Thanks again for the fast response.

Diaftia, great Job on the Mod. Question, When in route on the highway my screen changed from 3D back to 2D and I could not get it to convert back. i had to cancel the route and then it converted back. Hmm. Any ideas on that? also the icon (3d/2d) didn't even show on the screen. aka Ozzie
