To all the people wanting all these mods, why not just build a carputer w/ centrafuse or some other overlay for the OS? Cost should come out the same if not cheaper.

I replaced my battery in my car today and when I got everything hooked up and ready to go my z110 does not turn on it just flashes the bottom row of lights between white and green, has anyone else had this issue after unplugging or replacing their battery?

Okay basically figured it out myself. Problem is mostly with my phone I believe, to get the it to connect my phone and have play/pause button working, i have to connect my phone make a call and then start the media player. Its annoying, but the n900 isnt really a finished product either. On the left hand side where two lines are is that supposed to display anything? Mine hasnt which isnt a huge deal anyways. So far loving this thing and only had it for a day.

Not really a huge concern, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I notcied today my unit had Bluetooth Audio and was stoked!!! Everything plays once i connect my phone, but when i go to the bluetooth audio section in the 110bt and hit connect it says, "Start Audio device" or something along those lines. My phone is a Nokia N900 and does have AVRCP. I was just wondering if anyone had this issue and if theres a fix tehy did for their phone. I only wondered because I LOVE dance music, so i connect to internet radio stations and germany adn wanted to be able to pause from the unit

Yes, thats true, but it also (atleast at this frys) has no accessories, i figured by the time i got no warranty, bought a gps antenna, and i think u have to a mic (not sure though) and 8% tax that it was just easier to go with cartoys. Im kicking myself for not jumping on the al-eds still haha.

Did you get it from the frys in phoenix? I was going to buy that one last night until it took them 15 mins to get it turned on lol

I may still try and talk them down, if i can get them to take off 15% for it being a display i may just get it. Or does that mean i wont have a warranty either, i may have to go with car toys and wait for the rebate

On my readings tonight i realized some folks were complaining about GM's un-standard stereo sizes, so i decided I better look up to see if the unit would fit and sadly Crutchfield showed that it would not fit, but the Kenwood DNX9960 would. I have been wanting a double-din in dash navigation for quite some time after reading around tonight I decided to go for the x920bt later this week. My only concern is sound quality. I listen to a lot of music (loud) and have all my speakers amped. I have Infinity Kappas for my front and rear speaker and 2 12" RF p3's for subs. The stereo I have now is a Alpine Cda-9886. I realize this isnt alpines top of the line, but i do think it sounds very nice. I have Google searched this, but havent really found an answer. Yeah I want to wait kinda, but on some thing especially really popular things we dont get an employee discount on.. we should on this but idk Ill have to wait and see. Pioneer gives us accommodations though, so Im hoping they'll give us some kind of special for this being it a new product and all. They do that sometimes. I dont see a big problem with using disk for NAVI and i work at best buy, so i get a pretty good deal on them, so i was wondering, if i should wait for the f900 and pay a little more for it, or do you think the price will hold steady enough on the d3 where i can sell it still after the f900 comes out and not loose money.
