  1. I have have the same exact size speakers as you in my blazer and I'm very happy with my polk db's that run off my d3. The highs and mids sound pretty good. I have the hpf on bc I have subs so I cant really vouch for the lows but im assuming they wouldn't be very responsive w/o amping the speakers. The dbs look pretty cool too.
  2. I had no issues. Try deleting any other bluetooth devices from the bluetooth menu and then restarting the phone. When you try to connect again make sure you put the voyager into discovery mode.
  3. Service Provider: Verizon Wireless Phone: LG VX10000 (Voyager) SW Version: VX10KV07 Auto-Connect: Yes Basic Function: Yes Phone Book Transfer: Yes (ALL - Select Mark All and Send via Bluetooth) Voice Calling: Yes Call History Log: Yes Signal & Battery Strength Indicator: Yes to both BT Audio Capable: No So I set up the bluetooth today right after I had the d3 installed and was surprised how smooth everything went. Phone was able to auto-connect, after it did the 1st thing I did was registered the phone. Then I tried the phonebook transfer; Selected the option on the d3,
  4. I have a LG VX10000 and just installed my d3 with bluetooth this afternoon. I was able to connect on the first try without any problems. Saved the phone to the unit and it recognizes it without a problem. As far as the phonebook transfer goes I was able to do it all in one shot. Total setup time was 5 minutes. I was so worried after hearing all the horror stories but really had no issues.
  5. added some text to a chevy bg I liked
  6. This thread tells you exactly what you need to do to burn a cd with videos that will play on the unit http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15136&highlight=convert+divx
  7. I would say to check the wiring of your subs. Make sure they are wired at an impendence that your amp is stable at. When I bought my alpine amp to upgrade the profile amp I had, my subs would turn off at a certain volume and the amp would go into protect even though it wasn't hot. The subs hit wayy harder with the cheaper amp. Turns out the subs were wired at .5ohms when my amp is stable down to 2ohms. Wired them correctly and havent had a problem since. Hope this helps
  8. Yup, exactly what HiFiSi said... Just to clarify, you would run the speaker wire from the subs directly to the amp you install. So no wires really go to the d3 besides the RCA's and the remote turn on wire which are both run from the amp.
