Problems: review your unit at crutchfield.com
JoseB replied to schmiddytwo's topic in Problems/Troubleshooting
ya but wont that give crutchfield somewhat of a bad rep that theyre sellin bugged units?? its not their fault that pioneer rushed the release of them, and crutchfield also cant fix the problems we have. they can send u a new one if they provide a warranty but theyre just giving u another bugged one and they cant do anything about it. good point, but anyone that reviews can make it clear that it's not Crutchfield's fault, and that they didn't buy the unit from them. I would think that Crutchfield would want its customer's to have as much info about the products as possible, good or bad. -
here's one from crutchfied http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/ ... 44&tp=3351 EDIT: Looks like bobsyouruncle beat me to it

Pioneer recalling AVIC-F90BT..as told by Pioneer Rep
JoseB replied to r3zon8's topic in Pre-Release Archive
You really hope what is happening? If your talking about the patch, I already posted the info about that (which came DIRECTLY from Pioneer). Again, there is no RECALL (and there wont be unless the Hardware is the problem). Just an update which they are currently working on. They dont want to send out more units with these problems and ruin the name of the F series. Al-Eds is supposed to have a ETA of the next shipments sometime on Friday...Lets hope that actually happens and that it's correct I know the patch is coming, I'm just hoping it happens in the rough time frame me -

Not that I have any reason to doubt Al & Ed's, but has anyone gotten any official word from Pioneer on this? -
Is there anyway to watch video on the new f700bt?
JoseB replied to pio's topic in Pre-Release Archive
if you're using a USB then you don't need to 'burn' anything, just put the file on the usb drive and plug it in to the unit, same for the SD. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/Stati ... Manual.pdf that is the manual for your unit, look at page 91 for details on playing back video from USB or SD -
That wouldn't happen to be Abt Electronics in Glenview IL would it?

http://www.msndirect.com/NavigationDevi ... b=Coverage That should have the data you are looking for Good thing most of the coverage is in the pacific ocean. Sweet! lol, i saw that, also a great thing that there is plenty of coverage in the middle of Lake Michigan and I get very little in Crystal Lake...makes perfect sense
