Is there a reason why alpine is better than pioneer for monitors? I personally have boss monitors because they are dirt cheap. Has anyone used boss monitors? I want to see what i really got by saving a couple hundred and going with this generic brand.

Does you car have 5.1 capabilities? Maybe you need to buy another speaker? Shouldnt the AXM control the DEQ? The stadium and stuff are just different types of sound settings to sound best in that environment, i.e. if your car is a stadium, that sound setting would be the best fit.

Yes, I have the ones on ebay that are similar to the cable you are planning on getting. It has a cigarette lighter plug and it keeps my ipod charged.

Yse it most definitely will let you view your video and hear sound through the D2. There are actually some generic cables on ebay that do the same thing for a much cheaper price. I am sure the quality would be equal to that of your ipod. The bad thing about the AV cables is that you will now have to use the ipod controls to navigate everything.

Here is what you need to wetsand your head lights. You will need various grains of sandpaper (400/800,1000,2000). A good water source (hose) some meguiars plastic polish Turn on the hose to have a steady stream of water on your headlights, then start with the 400 or 800 grain sand paper. The smaller the number the more coarse the sand paper. Start sanding away on the headlight. This will leave big stratches (necessary to removed the oxidized plastic)but dont worry because this will be done away with once you get to the higher grain of sand paper. Once you are satisfied move ont

from the looks of your signature picture, you definitely need to wetsand your headlights. They are pretty fogged up and have sun damage.

yeah... nothing on pioneer is 300$ for an update. This guy needs to get his story straight.

I am not quite sure about the N3, but I have a Z1. In the Z1, it gives you an option to choose what kinda angle you installed it at so that it can probably calibrate the gyros. Maybe you could see if that is set correcty. Also, securing the brain would probably help too.
