As I remember, that method only works one at a time, and they don't stay permanently on the Avic. If you want to have multiple choices always available, best option is to copy them over using Test Mode to the folder noted by crilleym.

It may have something to do with placement. Where did you mount it? If it's in the corner you might have this problem. Once I moved mine more center (mine is on the right-front-edge of my visor) all of my problems with voice recognition went away.

So my trip computer has never worked. Ever. It's been all zeroes for months. Til yesterday. I have a 160GB Classic, that leaves the car about once a month to sync and add songs. Wouldn't trade it for anything. A lotta music on there, and it integrates great with the F90.

My tracks folder is empty also. Which makes sense, because I've never used the feature. Trip has never worked.

Just checking to see if there were any changes anywhere to this behavior. I'd rather see the icons piled one on top of another versus the red diamond or having the icons not posted at all, but my understanding is that this isn't possible - correct? I did search before asking.

I just tried these new ones in my F90BT, the backup message is gone, and no ill effects as far as I can tell. I'm not entirely sure of the purposes of these files other than what I can gather from the file names, but all of my AM/FM/XMRadio/IPOD audio and video all work just fine. THANKS!

I did this - had it on the A pillar. Looked better. But I had multiple complaints from callers saying the echo was bad when I talked, and the voice-recognition portions didn't work very well. I presume that is because it was stuck in the corner. Once I moved it to my visor, no more issues.

One more question in regards to this mod. What is the purpose of being able to set the day and time from the red-negative button on the map screen? Has every day of the week, and the wrench for setting specific times. Is that to turn speedcams on/off based on the time or day or.....? Sorry I just noticed this one today.

So I saw a post earlier today calling the Avic's "Bargain Basement." I've seen comments like this before, and I in *NO* way mean any offense to the author of that comment when I ask this question. So I've had my F90 Avic since before 2.0. And yea, it kinda sucked then. So i put in all these maps, works great. The interstate that just extended a few extra miles near my house a few months back is in there, so these are definitely the latest and greatest. The only file I didn't replace was the "basemap." Should this basemap be updated with another copy? Does it matter? Can I delete it? I'm not 100% clear on it's purpose.

Replace your old EZRIDER file with this new one in the APL2/IGO folder Add the World License to your APL2/IGO/License folder. This will not overwrite your old license just add a new one.

Check out the combining schemes thread. There is a nice mix of everything in there if you add all of DPDurst's themes to the mix.

Is there such a thing as read-only mode for files on the Avic? Perhaps a file from a mod or 2 is improperly set ? For what it's worth, I'm using IDT's latest - this has never worked, before and after I started adding DPDurst's schemes.

Doing them with the SD Card (presuming it will work) will only allow you to upload ONE pic to the Avic. Remove that one, replace with another from the SDCard, repeat. Easier way....boot to test mode, copy *all* your pics to My Flash Disk / Data / Splashpic Done. Now you have all of them. Hope this helps.

Not a color request, but something I just noticed tonight. If I click the image to edit the Nav options from within the map (I was using 3d), the BACK arrow button doesn't return to the map, but instead moves up within the menus. Easy enough to work around by hitting the Map button instead, so no big deal. Not sure if this one was already posted, if so my apologies for the dup.

Can someone that is able to download this av.zip file and open it successfully email or PM it to me? I had a couple of colleagues at work try also, and the file is still showing corrupt. Thank you.

Your steps worked (thanks !), and outside of the limit to the number of schemes, the steps you gave were exactly the same as mine. I had ~53 schemes before, and with your reduced number they seem to work fine.
