Voice command always seemed like a novelty to me rather than a useful feature, it never worked for me and when it disappeared on my avic x920 when I updated it I was mad at first then relaxed it didn't even matter since it never worked anyway

It was mounted my A/C vent, I'm going to try calling them today. -Keith

My clip for my 8000 snapped today which makes 2 broken clips now as my z150 did the same thing. Anyone know of a cost effective replacement? Im guessing one from pionwer would be $$$

The manual tells you to do a master reset before using the unit the first time or you can get "unpredictable results", sounds unpredictable to me!

Seems like the imod.co site is no longer, it now redirects to a kickstarter page. My imod.co cable broke, the insulation separated from the connector and it's only a matter of time until the cable fails.. I was going to see if I could order a replacement under warranty but it seems they don't exist anymore.. ugh.. Anyone know of any alternate adapters which work? In the meantime, I'll see if I can get some heat shrink tubing to extend the life of my existing adapter.

The NEX has an option enabled by default to alert you at school zones, speed cameras, railroad crossings, etc... yet I have yet to hear a single alert. I'm curious if anyone, anywhere, has actually had this work for them? I get the feeling that their map database is just not populated with that information, *anywhere*. -Keith

I don't have them on my US maps either, I think pioneer is full of it.

I revisited this today.. the problem appears to be iOS 8 beta, the Z150 doesn't appear to like it. I rolled back to iOS7 and it works perfectly now.

Ahhh.. Yeah, I just noticed it was exFat and was backing up the music so I can format it as NTFS.. but you're saying I can't do that huh? Oh well.. I think I have another 64GB at home, I'll have to see what format that one is..

I have a 64GB MicroSD "SanDisk Extreme Plus XC I" loaded with MP3s, when I insert it in my 8000 it tells me it isn't a compatible SD card. Anyone have any ideas? -Keith

I downloaded the app, opened it, created an account, it sent a verification email, and when I clicked on the verification link the response was a blank page saying: "Your Pioneer Cloud Services account has been successfully validated. You can start using it immediately. Please close this window" I wonder if this is AvicSync? -Keith

FYI the imod cable works fine, that's what I'm using.. however I need to buy another one and they stopped accepting retail orders and only do volume/wholesale orders now.. ugh..

Got a response from Pioneer. Thank you for contacting Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. The update has not been postponed. While they will not provide us an exact ETA, they hope to have it released in July. Registered owners should receive an e-mail notification when the update is released. I don't see that function or even a bass boost on my 8000

I've noticed this too and it drives me nuts! I listen to Opie and Anthony all the time, sometimes it's dark grey and I can't even read it.. especially during the day.. when it's white it's perfect... I wish there was a way to turn that off.. it's damn annoying..

Says who? Makes no sense to change it unless early summer has passed, or if it's no longer expected early summer. Just because it's early summer now doesn't mean they can't advertise an early summer release... (Why do I hear space balls in my head?) -Keith

I was using this Z150BH in my Prius for months with no issues other than an unresponsive touch screen for a few weeks which mysteriously resolved itself on its own. I took this radio out and threw in an 8000NEX a few months ago and this weekend installed the Z150BH into my other car. It works great except for when I plug my iPhone 5 into it, a few seconds after I do the radio just shuts off and becomes totally unresponsive. I have to power the car off and wait a minute, then power it back on and everything is fine. Has anyone seen behavior like this before? The only thing I can think of th
