1- Be able to mute the guidance voice from the map screen. (Without hacking the unit) 2- Be able to cancel a rout from the map screen. (without hacking the unit) 3- Make the clock easier to see on the map screen. That green is almost invisible during the day. 4- Put a button to MSN direct on the map screen.

I sent Pioneer and e-mail telling them the link was still showing the July update. They sent me a reply and then all of a sudden it was fixed. The truely must not have known that it wasn't right.

Anyone had any problems with their Voice Recognition since the update?

Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on these? I want to restore it back to the way it was when i first bought it. My Voice Recognition isn't working and i want to try resetting it. I have tried reinstalling the software but it put the SD card in and it just boots normally. Thanks for any help.

Ok. I restored the original data.zip file. How long should it take to rebuild the VR dictionary. I drove to work for 20 minutes and it was still building it like before. When I press the button it is doing the same thing. No VR and it just mutes the sound. Thanks for any help!

Is it possible to reinstall the software? I downloaded the update and put it on an SD card, but when I put it in and start the stereo up it just boots normally.

I did notice one thing. i had turned off the vr databasing. I turned it back on but it just sits there indexing forever. Could this be the problem?

I no longer have voice recognition when i press my multi control button. the only thing I have done is the blue box hack. when I press it everything mutes and nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix this???? Thanks for the help! i have a f900bt

I had the same problem. Try going into the AV settings and change the antenna option from power to radio. It made a huge difference for me.

When I try to change mine to TTS Samantha, it doesn't look like it is on the system, it is asking me to import it from usb or sd card. Where can I find this to import it? Thanks for any help!
