I have the software bypass, route stop button added to the map and deleted European maps.. I think that's all. I'm really happy with it aside from a couple minor annoyances. It is plenty fast for me. I still want to try changing the memory allocation.

.. You're telling me! Lately my F90BT has been booting up with an active route! I have to go in and delete the route. No, I didn't have an active route the last time I used it. It is just a random glitch I guess.

It was totally easy to run the wire, just have a friend drop the mic down inside the dash and go to the floor on the driver's side and pull it thru up to the steering column. You might need small hands, but you'll see what I mean when you get to it. As for your first question, yes, it is mounted right on top of the little cabinet. Great reception for me. There are a lot of options, but I just wanted it hidden. Here is the tutorial

Awesome. I was really concerned about where I was going to put the antenna and I really wasn't looking forward to running wires everywhere. I started brainstorming and decided to put it in the dash on top of the little cubby. Works great!
