  1. Just got my unit back and installed in my MX-5. Pioneer did me a FAVOR and DOWNGRADED my unit's software to the 2.08 version. UGH! Thanks guys.

  3. Pioneer has had my unit since April 22nd. After they had it a couple of weeks, I called to see what the status was on my repair. The EXTREMELY NICE phone rep told me that they used to turn repairs around in like 5 days in the shop, and out. Recently, they had closed one of their two repair centers and now it can be expected to take 4 weeks to get your unit back. I'm a bit bummed by this. These devices aren't cheap! I'm saddened that Pioneer America has succumbed to the idea that great customer service isn't worth it. My hope is that they have fixed the problem when I receive my radio
  4. I have this problem, but my rear camera won't display either. I'm pulling my unit and sending off to Pioneer. They said it's normally a 5 to 7 day turnaround for the repair. I won't like it, but I can live with that.
  5. My iPhone pauses when I get a call. Granted, my 60 gig iPod might not, pause, but I'm OK with that. I don't think this is a deal breaker for such a great unit.
  6. I just bought my 90BT through Amazon from 6th AVE. I'm very happy with it! I didn't install it myself as I was installing not only the unit, but a backup camera, XM and HD radio as well. I paid $560 (roughly) for mine. The BT90 has an extra year of factory warranty which to me is worth it!
