  1. boots

    peace out.

For the newest version of this mod, is the only thing that I need to download the "UnzipToSDCard.7z"? -Brian
  2. Hey superman, anyway you could hook me up with the finished product with all the red navi screens and all?
  3. Um, I guess I would be talking about those themes. I like how Cmh's mod has a ton of options for different map colors, day and night. I would like to keep all those colors but also have this mod. Does that make any sense? -Brian
  4. I currently have Cmh's mod installed and really want to install this mod however I don't want to lose the map colors that came with Cmh's mod. What files can I copy to the DATA.ZIP so that I can still have those good map colors? Thanks for the help! -Brian
  5. When I first got my F90BT I copied everything from the flash disk on the unit, or at least I THOUGHT I copied everything...I was looking through all my original files today on my laptop and couldn't find the DATA.ZIP that I hear so much about. I'm thinking that I didn't back it up for some reason. Can someone please help me? I just need the original one. Thank you very much! -Brian
  6. I like to change the theme of my unit often, but having to boot into TestMode and manually change the image.res file gets annoying when I want to change the theme quickly. So I was thinking that it would be nice to have a button in the settings section of the unit that would give a list (or something similar) of a few different installed themes to pick from. That way you can pick the theme you want and then the unit would replace the image.res file automatically. Would this be at all possible? I really don't know hardly anything about modding these units so I don't know if this would be po
  7. Hey superman, are you going to hook us up with the sweet version that includes the red navigation screen anytime soon? -Brian
  8. I use photoshop edit my images and when I first started to edit these images, they wouldn't show up on my F90BT. Then I figured out that they bmp's had to be saved as 24 bit images. After I figured that out, they showed up. So maybe double check and make sure you're saving them as 24 bit images. Hope that helps a little bit. -Brian
  9. I'm pretty sure that's how it is supposed to be. Mine does it too, even if I'm parked.
  10. Ok sounds good...I hope it didn't seem like i was complaining about that little bar thing...I just wasn't sure if it was something that had been skipped. I downloaded the apple theme and then added my own Destination, Contacts, and AV Source images. I love it. and good thing you put out that little warning because this sure is a huge distraction -Brian
  11. Hey, first off...thank you very much for this theme! I love it! I did however find one thing that I think might need to be fixed. In the Navigation menu, the bar that goes across the top doesn't match the rest of the theme. It is still the default bar from pioneer. Other than that the theme is amazing and I love it ! Thank you for the hard work! -Brian
  12. Maybe try resetting the head unit? If that doesn't work I can make you a picture that is a little bit wider to see if that fixes it. Let me know. -Brian
  13. Hey superman, would you mind posting a link to this download if you haven't already? This theme looks awesome! Thanks! -Brian
  14. Any pictures of this "red" theme? I dont think I've ever seen it...
  15. Here is the same picture but I made the faded part of the truck a little more visible. Let me know if you want anything changed. How wide are the black bars on the screen? The picture should fit good since it's the right size for the HU so I'm not too sure why you would be having black bars on the sides. Sorry.
  16. You might be able to use that Phantom Alert if you have leetcoder's "LeetLauncher 3.0" installed on your HU since this program only work with Garmin, TomTom & Magellan. Seems like a pretty good program though.
  17. I have a F90 and I assume it will be the same for the F700...I just grab an SD card and make a folder on there called "Pictures"(it needs to be called this for the HU to recognize it) and inside of that folder you can put the picture you want as your boot screen. Then you just have to go into your visual settings, i think, and just click on "splash screen". then you just import the picture from your SD card and you're all done. Its pretty simple.
  18. I think that was the problem...I think I was saving them as 32 bit. Thank you!
  19. when you make these images, what format do they need to be saved as? I made some and saved them as .bmp files and named them the same as the original files but when i compress them into the image.res file they dont show up on my unit while the images that other people have made do show up. Do you know why this would be happening? thanks! -Brian
  20. Hey, I did that and got the files all put back together, then I renamed it to .res and when i put it onto my HU I lose images on the screen. Any ideas about what is wrong?
  21. that worked good actually...but now I have changed the pictures that I want but how do I put everything back together as a .res file? -Brian
