I'm using a 32 gb usb drive. Works just fine. Filled up with music and a few movies.

My truck didn't move this morning for at least 15 minutes after start and it didn't work. Sorry for all the questions.. lol Also, in the screen shots, there is a pic under simulation.. Does anyone know how to get the music play control buttons where the AV info would be?

Ok.. I was just hoping it wasn't my Avic alone.. I remember using it when I drove to Kentucky. You would think that a program that runs on the GPS wouldn't have a mental break down from the one thing that it relies on to function. haha I may check out that logging. I couldn't really think of a good use for it right now. Other the shs and giggles

Anyone know how to get the tripmeter thing to work? Also, what does record from the map menu do? The log thing in the settings, is that to long where you drove, or just what you gps and it directs you on the unit?

Where does the theme file go? It's named Image.res

Is there a increase in performance over the 3.0 update? I have everything else. I was just wondering if it was worth trying to download, it's looking at 2 days still. Thanks for those that reply. =)

I just updated to 3.0 and I think it comes default. Sorry for the waste of space if it's true. I just updated, and I think it did it, but I don't know for sure.

I read somewhere that is was possible before but that was with a smaller card too. I've got a 32gb, anyone know if you can format it to a certain way it'll auto load? I'm getting tired of it all the time playing the same song after load up, and having to unplug and replug it in every time I start up the truck. I tried searching, but it wasn't very useful. I hate Ipods though. How much of a pain? Would it be any different the going through on a USB flash drive? As far as putting things on there, i was thinking about movies for the kid and all the music I can find. lol

I just recently got one, and I'm trying to get it to work for my AVIC 900Bt, it just blinks a bit and clicks. I've been told that it's not getting enough power from the AVIC, but I've also be told to go get a U3 software and it'll run. I got it to boot in test mode, and it looked like it booted one time in normal mode, but it didn't show anything in the USB slot. My question is, how can I get this working, hopefully without dishing for a USB power deal. I also tried formatting it in the AVIC, but I didn't have ways to name my partition.. Any help is appriciated.

Well, I would mess around with it, but the guy that installed it pulled it out of the dash and I don't feel compfortable to pull the dash off and put it back. :-\ They're saying I have to send it in. I don't want to, but it's free. Through BB. Maybe I should since it's already out.
