  1. I thought the building files for iGo 8.3 were already included with the hacked 3.0 update? I copied the ones from the hacked 2.0 of GTIMatt. I thought is was related to a hacked ezrider 3.0 or license file needed. Do you have the 8.3 building files?
  2. Has anyone got the 3D buildings and landmarks working in the new 3.0-3.0.1 like they worked on the Hacked 2.0. I have all the previous files that I tried to copy over but it didn't work. Is it that I need a hacked 3.0 ezrider and license file? These are so much better than the stock ones that come with the update.
  3. Are you using the pioneer cable? If so get rid of it that is your problem. Switch over to the Apple or Monster cable which I'm using. Should solve your problem.
  4. This is related to the pioneer cable. I can contest to that. I switched to the monster cable and my audio issues have yet to reoccur. I made the recommendation in some of my previous post as to which monster cable to use. Has anyone posted pics of this hardwiring of the RCA cables that I have asked about a few times now. I'm curious how this is done? Anyone????????
  5. Newer firmware won't fix it, especially 2.06. I would recommend loading the hacked one floating on this sight. That is up to you though. I had this same problem along with countless other on this site. I'm on my 3rd iPod cable ("Don't use the Pioneer one I had the worst success with it") that seems to be working now, see some of my previous post as to what cable I'm using. When I talked with Pioneer about this, I sent in my RCA harness like others have done and had it tested. They told me the harness was good and the problem was related to software on the unit. Well after loading the hacked
  6. I have the files that where taken off of my AVIC-F700BT. You give me some place to upload them to and there yours. Won't be able to upload till later this evening though. Don't people on here make back-ups of stuff before they start modifying?
  7. "Clip the RCA connections and hardwire it". Really, I would like to see pictures of that. I have switched to my third iPod cable for the RCA hook-ups. I using a Monster cable now, I'm going on 3 days without the audio dropping to one channel. I'll keep my fingers crossed. This is the cable I'm currently using. Monster iTV Link TV-out AV Cable for iPod http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.21221 I'm curious as to how you hooked that up. In the pictures, it doesn't seem to have a USB connector. How is the sound quality with this cable? The sound quality has improved. It is

  9. I have been going through this problem on and off since I have had this unit. I'm trying to get a solution like you are as we speak. When I talked to a tech at Pioneer about this he told me it is related to software. If you were to send in the unit all they would do is reload the software unless they detected a hardware failure somewhere in the unit.
  10. Part of the reason for lack of response is that ipod/iphone audio is sent in via analog, and that means RCA jacks, and back into the dock connector, there's nothing the AVIC does other then mix it. The best way to test this theory is to hook up a 3.5mm to RCA jack out of your ipod/phone into the AVIC back RCA jacks, from there see what happens. The majority of one-channel dropping out issues are connection related and external to the AVIC, that's why people make the recommendations they do, rarely is it the analog header inside the AVIC (always a possibility, but rare) However if someone i
  11. MR. WOMO your reasoning is exactly correct as to why I posted the subject title that I did. To get everyone to click on it and read it to see if someone might have had this exact problem at one point. I can admit when scanning through this forum I only look for problems that I am having. I'm sure a majority of others on here do the same.
  12. What, is everyone stumped ? 11 people viewed this and still no comment.
  13. I have the F700BT and have had this issue since I bought it. This is my only complaint about the unit. It does one of two things on a consistent basis. The iPod connection will either drop off when booting up or play only on the right or left channel from time to time. I have read over this forum and have found several people who have had this same problem and tried all of those fixes but they don't work. If they do work it seems to be a couple of days and then back to the same problem. This is what I have done so for to try and fix this problem, but it still is ongoing. 1.) I swapped the
  14. Updating my SYS.TXT file with speedcam_enabled=1 did the trick.
  15. I have a good text file loaded in the Speedcam folder. I get no icons, notifications, or warning boxes displaying speedcams on the map. Any ideas?
