Just as a follow up. I had my unit sent to Pioneer to be fixed under warranty, took roughly 3 weeks to get it back. According to my installer Pioneer ended up replacing some internals. Seems to run a lot quicker than before and the actual buttons are a little more responsive than before.

This same thing happens to my unit as well. Happens to me about every other day. So the OP is not the only one. Usually I'm stuck in cali traffic on the freeway so I just turn off and turn back on real quick. But ya, it does blow when it goes down on the freeway and no stop in sight. Besides just having the screen freezing, I have hardlocks every once in awhile. The unit completely freezes and that really sucks. No music is I keep saying I need to call my vendor, but I never do it... lol. So, I'll contact my vendor... hahaha

Thanks for the info fellas... I figured the hard locking was something I had to put up with because it was based off of windows so I kind of rolled with it. I'll be contacting my dealer now.... I have to say though, even with the problems I've had with the unit, I still love it (when it works). I'm even more jazzed after watching the X920 video. I'm gonna put those accelerometers and gryoscopes to use in the not so eco mode way.

Sweet jesus, just found this thread. Can't wait to upgrade my 110 with this software. Hopefully this firmware will fix my 110 from hard locking every other day or so. Anyone know if the new firmware is still based on Windows CE or is it something else now?

Anyone else that uses an SD card have the same problem? My folders are completely random....and then when I go into the folders, the songs are in random order. Makes for finding an artist/song nearly impossible. Also, I'm nowhere near the 300 folder/2500 song limit. They were in alphabetical order when I took the SD card off my PC. Is there a way to sort an SD card alphabetically in the Z110BT?
