Diaftia's Hybrid mods V1 - UPDATED: 12/1/09 FINAL
franckvillano replied to diaftia's topic in Completed Mods/Themes
Hello, Just tried this last one : very fine and easy, I like this very much. Maybe some remarks (not so important but...) - As I'm in Europe, the only button very needed in the MSN submenu isthe TMC one. All the others are not really useful, as we don't have MSN services in Europe... May be an european version with just the TMC button in place of MSN sub menu?? - The speedcams visuals are in the background of the highway signposts, so we can't read them. I think (not sure) you're working on this, may be IDT system is not the best one, I prefer the smalls speedcams icons from the original p -

New Nav mod (Updated Mar 23, 2010) (Now 3.0 version)
franckvillano replied to BorisM's topic in Completed Mods/Themes
Hello, I just tried this mod (on 3.0, version , great stuff, very customizable, easy and clear! But as I'm in europe, I really need TMC. I don't see any button anywhere to control it. Is it implemented?? From what I've read here, I understand it should be, but I'm not sure... I also think that directions indications should stay on left of the screen, and speed infos should be on right side, so I suggest to move speed info to top right and left distance at the place of actual speed. It will be great also to have choice between "time left to distance" and "time at distance" . Just suggestion -
Hello, I just ried your last beta version and : - thanks for reducing the lan signpost, very appreciated to see everything in one eye look - when lane indications are on, no more speedcam (I see screen 3 but no pop up like screen 1 for the speed camera ; but i can hear the voice and the sound (if on as it doesn't keep this in memory) here are the first report, I'm gonna send you more later... Hi, Thanks for your quick answer and continuous improvements. I'm using 3.1 when this "disparition" occurs, with full screen map "on", so I will put it "off" to see what is happening... For the horizon line, look at my 2nd pic, this is what I actually see. I prefer to see no sky and have a better road view angle as in pic 4. But when I edit this position with the arrows, it is not stored as "default". Each time I'm touching a button (physical on the F900 or virtual on the screen), the monitor goes back to pic 2. Thanks Franck

Hello, Just using it for 3 days, here's my report : - 1st, this is great improvement from Pioneer's original, much easy to use and to deal with, thanks for that. then : - I think it will be very good to have a "current speed" indicator always on in navigation window, just behing the "speed limit", so in one quick look you see what you're really dealing with about speed - The letters and numbers in the two windows left down are very small to read (I use "time left to destination" and "current speed" but I prefer "km left to destination if you fix the upper quest Why not the same dime
