Is there anyway I cn get my ipod Touch 3.1.3 to work with this unit??

OK, So I re d/l'ed everything on my PC instead of my Mac. Used Winrar and now it doesn't reboot by itself!! In fact everything is perfect!THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP! I couldn't have done any of it without all this information I received! 1 question I do have, what iPods are compatable with this 3.0? Will I be able to watch movies from my iPod on it, if not, are there any mods/hacks that will allow such usage? THANK AGAIN!!! you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think i really need the iGo folder for the 2.0 version of the f700bt... I really need some help/guidance here!!

I did everything listed, and now it is just stuck on the menu screen. It says system Start up in progress.. But it's been like that for about 10 minutes now.. Is this typical after an upgrade? Please help?!?!?!
