Hey guys, Just wondering what setting you are converting your movies to on your iPod for the best resolution on the D3. I have been using DVDFab Platinum, and have been pretty happy with it, but just wanted some other opinions...

Any Pioneer remote that has up/down and left/right buttons should work. I use left/right to tune, and up/down to browse presets. Maybe consider a remote.

My XM box, was under a dealer account, and still works!!! I've had it for almost 2 years now. The only thing that sucks is it's an 8 character display. But a free subscription I guess I can't complain. Congrats!

Hey guys, I've been trying to search for the possibilities of using a different microphones with the BTB-200 (or 100 if you prefer). I think it would look better if the mic was a flush mount, and possibly matched the interior of your vehicle. Just like the On-Star mics in GM. Any ideas???

No thats cool, I'll check the acc. sheet tomorrow when I work... The D3 is on backorder, I put my order in about 4 weeks ago, and they said that I will get it in late April but I did get the BTB-200 yesterday.

It will fit, cause the Envoy is a double-din, and there is a video out on the D3 for external monitors

are you saying its no longer availible for accommadation? Cause that is how I ordered mine, straight from Pioneer.... And I work at BB

That is badass that Moto phones can autoconnect now... It was such a bia to manually connect everytime, but this def. makes it worth the cash.

Its not necessarily that bad everywhere. I live in Lincoln, NE and it gets blocked by the high rise buildings downtown. But when I went to KC, MO I got signal everywhere... Even inside of the parking garage! Some larger cities have repeaters set up; or at least that's what I've been told.

I plan on putting mine in place of the keyhole... I will be installing a trunk release setup at the same time, so i figure I have a release inside of the cabin and on my remote and that will be sufficient. Plus I want a clean look....

Yeah it is kinda risky to send that in the mail... Thats why I took it straight to the post office and had it certified w/ tracking delivered... And I just called Pioneer a few days later to make sure they got it, and they did. So now I can rest assured my part is taken care of and they just need to process the rest. The accommodation price directly from Pioneer is 625.50 shipped, and you have to add your state sales tax (BASTARDS!) but when the sku is checked in-store at BB, it rings up for 667 I think. Like I said, it may take a 4-5 weeks to get it, but I can wait just a little longer.

Addition: You have to pay with a bank draft or money order, so you will need to front the money right away. But other than that, it's a sweet deal!!!

Yes, the accommadation is still valid, and anyone that works at BB qualifies... She just needs to print out the order form under her tagzone log in, and then mail it in. The sheet will tell you all of the prices, and the model numbers... D3 625.50, BTB-100 112.00, freight included. Please allow 6-8 weeks delivery. I called Pioneer on Monday, and they said I would receive my order in about 2 weeks. So overall, if it comes in on time it will have taken about 5 weeks overall. Very nice price, and I'm pretty sure Pioneer is an authorized sel...... oh yeah they are

Agreed, I would def. say that 850 is a VERY fair price especially from an authorized dealer.

well its weird because the sku of the D3 can be scanned in the store, but it is not actually in the store. so some best buys will carry the unit, but as stated before, it depends on the region because of demand for the product. It is possible it will be listed online soon as well. It is nice knowing it can be scanned in store, because an extended service plan can be purchased for it as well for a length of 4 years

I can pull up the D3 in our inventory, but it is not en route to our store. I had to order it through Pioneer accommadations and it will be here in about 2 more weeks. 625.50 shipped. I think I can wait a couple of weeks for that price.

Hey I have the P980BT (Premier unit with BT built in) and will be getting the D3 and BTB100 in the mail soon... I have the same problem with my razr now. It is registered and autoconnect is turned on... But no luck. I find it easiest to turn off my phone and turn it back on after the deck is turned on. Then it connects automatically within about 10 seconds. Alot easier to do than go through the phone's settings, and find devices. But an answer for ya, sorry I got nothing.
