I am so happy with my Kenwood. I am really glad I had a Pioneer D3 in the past though. Because now I see what I was missing by having a Pioneer. I will never go back. No tech support, crappy routing, blah, blah, blah.

Ive had my DNX8120 about a week now........ I can honestly say I will never buy a Pioneer nav unit again. This thing absolutely blows away every Pioneer unit I have owned. The speed, UI, Ipod control, usb, and everything else kust kills my former Pioneer units. Guys dont wait on these F series units. Get the Kenwood. Im not talkin sh1t about Pioneer but dam I really love this thing! Oh yea the Parrot bluetooth rocks also. My wife says I sound alot better than my BTB200.

I just tried your previous way to clean and it has my screen all messed up man! I cant beleive it didnt mess up your screen. Maybe I used to heavy of a grit of sand paper. I used 80 grit and now I can bearly make out what my screen says. And when I jabbed it with a pen it left like dented marks. Maybe I did something wrong.? Can you help me?

After all the Navigation glitches we had with D3s and no support from Pioneer, all of you actually think they are going to do something about this? Any company worth their salt would have immediately informed there customers of software issues. Pioneer hasnt really officially done anything. And I dont have enough faith in them anymore to stick around and wait for them. Pioneer has lost a customer for good by forcing out a sub-par product. It would be ok if they owned up to it and officially given their customers some insight, but they didnt. So, Im taking my 1200.00 and going someplace else. I

I wonder if they would be gracious enough to extend the discount due to the F series problems. I, like others Im sure, are hesitant to buy now since they are having a "recall" on these units. Im also having a very tough time deciding between the F90BT and the DNX8120. I am waiting to see how Pioneer handles these issues. So, I wonder if anybody has, or could see if we could get them to extend that wonderful discount.

Are you talking about the ipod video button on the ipod screen? If you want the av menu touch the hard menu button then on the top right the av menu or navi menu should be there.
