So I'm trying to burn this to a disc and I haven't been successful yet. When looking at the completed disc, should I see the different folders contained in the .iso, or should I see only the one .iso file? And thanks for getting this up

i drive a 2000 gmc sierra and i'm pretty sure the lights work the same way. you probably hooked up the illumination wire wrong, or not at all.

The speedometer on the map works off of the GPS because I don't have my VSS wire hooked up and the speedo does work. I don't have any issues with which way my arrow points though.

yup, my gps antenna works fine under the dash. i also put my XM antenna there and it works great as well.

can you make one with the GMC logo? thanks

well i got antsy and went and got a scosche harness before i read your reply. is it pretty much the same as the metra that you mentioned? it looks like the scosche doesn't have the VSS wire. now i'm wondering if the metra might. this is my first install and i am trying to make things as simple as possible

First of all, before anybody jumps on me, I did search the forum. However, pretty much everything I found is to install on a 03+ GM truck with the newer wiring harness. I am wondering if the the wiring for the VSS and Illumination are the same as in the newer trucks. any of you professional installers know?

yeah, i know that my truck came with a 1.5 din radio. i am swapping the necessary parts to 03+ so it will fit a double din.

do you know if you would used the same harness to install the D3 in a 2000 sierra? if so, could you tell me which harness that is, and also which install kit?
