An antenna will either be passive and needs no voltage at all, or it will be amplified. If amplified, the voltage you need depends on the antenna. Any amplified antenna designed for car will need 12V. If it's a home antenna, then it could be anything, but I'd recommend getting one that runs on 12V if possible.
