Hennessy08STI
For the 598 out the door price I paid, I am very happy with it, and having fun doing all the mod's that are available for it. Love the speedcam, Does Kenwood have that option?
markwrwilson
I'm very sorry I tried to "save" money by choosing this over the Kenwood. I wish I had seen this forum first. The software on this thing is clunky and awkward. Maybe I'll get less depressed and do some of the mods. I hope version 3 (?) will help a lot. Mark
timothyr1014
I knew buying it the volume knob suked, so the day I ordered the unit I nought the Thom Knob, and I was prepared for long boot up times, but even with yer 2, it still is borderline acceptable. In short, I am satisfied and would do it again, but only because I picked up my f700 for $320 (factory refurb w 2 yr warranty)...if I paid anywhere close to the $700+ most people paid I would be downright pissed. for the money I spent it was worth it...for the money others seem to have spent you can do MUCH better
bitman
i paid £800 for it... that's about 1,160.19 US Dollar...
Arcangel
For the $347.00 I paid shipped? Heck yes. For the time it took to install it myself in my '06 escape? Heck yes! For the blown tire I got when I went to buy the harness adaptor? Heck yes! I don't regret the F700BT for one second.. I love it.
carlos_fb
I paid $598 and yes I would do it again.
barvel
If you would have asked me that the week I got and installed my 900bt I would have replied sure. Since I have added the HD tuner. Than I added a Sirius Connet I pulled the connect because I didn't have Replay. I then conneced my Sirius Stiletto (It has Replay built in the unit.) But it seems to ignore that on the head unit. Then I decided to install the Backup Camera. (Easy Install.) Now my Sirius is having FITS. And suddenly it takes 2-4 min to start up. Now my answer would be NO Let's hook up the IPOD and see what other things can frustrate!!!
kd6icz
This is a very tough question. I think I would. But there are some annoying issues with the F series that I wish Pioneer would fix. The navigation is very sub-par to my old Kenwood KNA-DV4100. In fact I really don't use the nav at all. I end up using my VZ Navigator instead. I really like the SD card, but the music player is junk. Something that Pioneer could easily fix. One thing I noticed this week was a power supply problem in the unit. When using the video input, the screen flikers with bass hits.... LAME!
