mistamofo97
Hey guys. This is actually my first time making a thread. I usually PM ppl for help. The thing is that I finally bought my first car, a 2006 Honda Civic. And I was wondering, is the AVIC-F90BT able to be installed in it? Another question is whats the difference between the AVIC-F90BT and the AVIC-F900BT? Thanks in advance, Mahir.
HiFiSi
The thing is that I finally bought my first car, a 2006 Honda Civic. And I was wondering, is the AVIC-F90BT able to be installed in it? Yep. It will fit in there with no trouble at all. Hondas make installation of double DIN units a breeze. sundeepk1211
For certain! I just finished putting the F90BT in my 2007 Civic over the weekend. Well, almost, I'm missing the trim ring around the unit and I haven't placed my microphone yet. You'll definitely need the PAC SWI thing so that your steering wheel buttons still work. If you have any questions about the install, feel free to ask! I'd be glad to help! Everyone on these forums has helped me out a bunch, it'd feel great to give back. aschaffer
to cover the gap around the dash kit and the radio, you can make a trim piece or goto best buy and see if you can get a trim piece from one of their scosche 06+ honda civic dash kits. It fits perfectly.
