Mr. Green
leet, the screenshots you put up for v3.0 look amazing. I may have to eat my words and start using this any way according to ups my unit should be here today Not sure yet if ill use your launcher since i do love my Sat Radio. I listen to it (90%) of the time in the car, not sure if i can give that up.
Niteowl
Looks great, but I could not get any part of it to work. Granted I am a newbie to the avic. All the music in the coreplayer looks like stuff you added from your collection, anything I picked said it could not find the file. Can this only read music you put on your sd card or will it see the ipod? As for navigation, I could not use it at all, still gotta try to find maps. I love the way it looks though, even it none of it functioned for me
dpdurst
Nice work! thanks so much for the effort you are putting into this!!! I got it loaded up and GPS and Music working. Seems to boot up very fast. I followed the steps, the question I have is each time I turn the car on after turning it off to go somewhere, I have to follow the steps as on the first page? Seems I do or it won't work with the audio? A few things I noticed. 1. One of the biggest issues is in core player when you select the songs to play after pressing play, brings up the white screen with OK in the bottom right corner. Every time I push that it brings up the small input panel for Wince. This made it impossible to select ok and play the songs. Only 1 was I able get OK to work and it played the songs fine. I think would be better to move away from the corners like the buttons are and bring them in more to the middle of the screen? 2. GPS worked fine no issue, however master volume on GPS software set low, this caused audio music to be low until I turned master volume up all the way on the gps software. 3. In core player when you select the media button and albums I never saw the album art for the 2 albums I have, however I was able to press play, the one time I got the music to work (see #1 above) I did have album art on the screen then just fine. I checked the edited location it seems correct, I'm using jpg, your using png difference?
eurotuner29
Good morning Leet, I've just played a little with the launcher. Bluetooth does work for me, but is there a way to view and use our contacts? It seems we can only access music if its on the sd card. Are we able to access music from the usb drive? I cant find a way to view my usb thumb drive. System graphics look great!
zittergie
LeetLauncher v3.0 starts fine. - It seems you DO NOT have to repeat the SD-card thing when you power off. It works after turning off the car. - iGO and Coreplayer work fine, the only thing I don't seem to find is reducing the audio volume when the GPS is talking. (Like it does on original pioneer) - Playing movies work better than expected Only thing missing now is FM audio and we can replace the original software. Movie & Music with coverflow looks nice, but seems a lot of work to keep up-to-date. This should be created dynamicly, so you can just drop your mp3's and movies on the SD card. (maybe 'cover.jpg' in the playlist folder) are there any visual plugins for coreplayer? Can't seem to get TomTom going. It starts, but then I get a warning that the license for the map is invalid. I tried the method with tt7_keygen on Western_and_Central_Europe_815.2096 and it said ok but i still get this message. [SOLVED: for v8 maps you need tt8_keygen] I will test it a bit further and will give feedback Nice work, thanx
CatchMeIfYouCan631
Wow Leet, it's come a long way since it's release, nice job. I have not read all the posts, as there's 29 pages and I have only skimmed them here and there, so I apologize in advance if it''s been answered, but my main source of media comes from my iPod. Does the launcher work with the iPod yet? Also, this is more of a suggestion, but what about an option when selecting music or movies to change from artwork to list? Again, good work. I'd bet a few of the employees who made the avic will be using your launcher
tomogavk
The decent and convenient piece has turned out, but Garmin again loses satellites

leetcoder
Sorry I have not update the Garmin yet, there are other things more important than the Garmin lol. Anyways if anyone cares to know the source of the problem of the gps sattlelite on the garmin its in one dll file "QueBlueCom.dll". If anyone have the patience, you can try find multiple QueBlueCom.dll files online and replace it to see if to works.

Remember I will provide a management software for the pc/mac when I get a chance to write it. So therefore it will be easier than doing it by hand. Im just releasing it early so that you guys can help me find bugs. I will look into the visual later, i like to have this feature too .

You only have to redo this steps only when your car for some reason switch the source. Until i figure out how to control the pioneer library ( which means i can control the whole deck even ipod), you guys will have to do it by hand for now.

Thank you. As far as album art, as long as the artist and album match the song that is playing it should come up every time correct?
