humblehyper
When the GPS status say's "Accuracy - High", does that mean I'm getting a good signal? Also there are times that it's saying I'm "0 feet" from my exit or turn even though I'm still about 20 or 30 feet away from it. Is this normal? Or do I need to relocate or check my vss wiring? I took a shot of the GPS status (sorry cellphone camera only), it shows the signal bar on each satellite. Thanks much!
kerosene
high means good accuracy to where you are/ speed your going
BorisM
I think it will show High if you have signal from 4+ sats (enough to determine position _and_ altitude) and signal is strong enough to ha ve rather small positioning error (I'm not sure at what point they actually use High as opposed to not). 20-30 feet is reasonable. GPS will give you 5-10 feet error easily, and maps aren't perfect either...
