sandrino
Are there more people who have trouble with the arrow on 3D that is going to the middle of the screen after a while? If it's in the middle you can not see much of the road ahead. Can I undo this? Arrow normal Arrow in the middle
DiRtEe99
I don't really understand your question. I don't have a problem with the arrow blocking anything. Did you try zooming out?
sandrino
Normaly the Arrow stands at the underside of the screen in 3D. But after a while the arrow is going to the middle of the screen like the 2D but not with nord up. I hope you understand it now.
lljlehr
Yea, what he's saying is sometimes the map in 3d stops its forward progression with you so what you see is a static map and you going away, uh, from yourself. It seems even wierder to see it described in text, but it happens to my 90 several times a month. It's fixed by pressing the map button.
sandrino
After a while the arrow is going to the middle and stay in the middle. I have to push 3 buttons to get the arrow normal.
dbiegel
I had the same problem and after a while I figured out what was causing it. The unit has a "feature" where if you touch a spot on the map, it "marks" that spot with a little almost invisible red circle and then the map stops scrolling. I presume this feature has something to do with marking a spot so you can do a POI search around it, or to save it as a favorite spot. Anyway, the only way I have found to get it out of this special mode is to simply press the map button. (the physical "Map" button on the top left of the unit, not a touchscreen button) Hope this helps.
sandrino
This is not the case. It stays in the middle and it is not running out of the screen like you said and than you can push the MAP button.
BorisM
Switch to 2D and back to 3D.
sandrino
That doesn't help. The arrow stays in the middle. I must do the 3 button action about 6-10 times a day! I understand that this is not normal at other paople. Pioneer says that this is normal!
CatchMeIfYouCan631
I get that here and there, but it always readjusted itself. How long do you wait before you press buttons to make it normal?
sandrino
It stays in the middle till I push 3 buttons.
CatchMeIfYouCan631
And you have the 2.0 Update?
sandrino
I have the 1.9EU version. This is the newest in Europe I think?
VBLUE42
Write down all of your custom settings and do a hard reset on the unit. If the problem keeps appearing I would return or exchange the unit from where you bought it.
sandrino
I will try that. I did a few times a reset but the settings don't change to standard after it. Is this normal?
