I dont know about the 06 models, but I know that in the past, a lot of Jeeps had 1 3/4" DIN openings, not double din openings. Go to Crutchfield.com and put your model car in. equinn2823 Posted October 26, 2006 Report Share Posted October 26, 2006 you can get a new bezel from any jeep dealer that will work for the factory nav system and metra makes a kit to fit a double din radio in this opening. your jeep has a din and a half size radio. the z1 is double din and jeeps rec nav unit is bigger than double din. the bezel is less than a 100 and the kit about 30.
