DSMKilla
I'm wondering who actually has a Sosche Passport and is using it with either their iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2nd GEN in conjunction with their AVIC-D3? I keep reading mixed reviews about some people saying it works and some saying it doesn't. So I would like to hear from people who actually OWN the damn thing

zzricezz
I'm getting mix results. In order to have the iphone 3g charge, it gotta be connected after the d3 is power on. I tried having the iphone 3g connected before starting my car and the d3 will detect it and stuff but it wouldnt' charge. Both scenario, the iphone 3g would pop up with an error message stating that I connected it with an incompatible adapter. I just let the error message disappear on it own and I can see the charging battery icon. I was able to get Flycast working with the d3, it like having free satellite radio in the car now ..
