wgm5286
Hi, Just installrd my D1, everything works great! The bypass was a cinch, thanks for the info! But My rear camera is giving me problems. I purchased one off ebay from a recommended seller KAWAMALL with the reverse image and ir lighting for night. The pic is very unstable very wavy and sometimes rolls vertically. I spoke with the seller and he asked me what type of input i needed NTSC or PAL. Cant find any info on this anywhere, does it make a difference? Also any troubleshooting tips? Thanks for any help.
sportsfan21
Yes it does make a difference. You need NTSC.

Mo-D
OK, I may look retarded after this question, but I keep noticing people saying they bought their rear camera with the image reversed. Why exactly would you want the image reversed? Just so it matches the rear-view mirror? I would think that if the camera were mounted lower (like to line up your trailer hitch) you would want the image not reversed. :?
BobyYoo
uhh why would you want that. you will get confuse if it is not reversed. Imagine looking at the mirror when you backup, then looking at the d1 without the reversing image. You're will get confuse  most camera comes with the option to reverse or not reverse. So you can choose whichever you want.
