Removing the backup camera warning message

I just tried these new ones in my F90BT, the backup message is gone, and no ill effects as far as I can tell. I'm not entirely sure of the purposes of these files other than what I can gather from the file names, but all of my AM/FM/XMRadio/IPOD audio and video all work just fine.

I modified the warning message for the 3.02 version firmware for the USA units. I have posted the files for those who don't feel comfortable modifying executables.

 

Please note, I only removed the warning in English, any other languages in use will still have the warning message.

Hmmm, am i doing something wrong? I change the video.exe, and the AV.exe and all is good at first. later on in the afternoon the warning messages all came back, wtf?

someone could change for me AV.exe and Video.exe to remove the Italian language.

Could someone give us dummys full instructions from beginning to end how to do this? I have no clue where to start. I'm using an AVIC P5200DVD receiver by the way.

This wont work with the AVIC P5200DVD. These mods in this forum are only for the AVIC F series and the X series (X920bt excluded)
