Cru
Has anyone tried using a different rear view camera with the Z1... other than the ND-BC1? From what I understand the Z1 has a composite connector for the camera so you should be able to use any other camera with a composite out. Am I correct?

05Stang-GT
It should work with any camera with a rca output for video and a separate power conector.

TNEGG
Yes it works great...I just tried out a Sony 500 line lipstick camera today. I also tried out an infared camera with a huge IR light hooked up to my 4pin trailer light plug. I'll try and capture some stills and post them.

What are the specs and where did you get it? I don't know where to physically put one without attracting too much attention and this one looks nice and small.
DataAve
As long as the cam is 12 volt and it has an RCA connectors, any cam should work. Best if you get a wide angle lens with Sony's Ex-view (expensive, but it is the best technology).
