1loudls
i have turned auto correction off and it still changes to the wrong time after i set it and it sits for a couple of hours, is there any way to fix it or am i just gonna have to wait for it to correct its self again
Newman
Sometimes playing around with the time zones and auto correct will give you the right time but after a couple weeks it may switch again. it seems as though the software doesnt realize that day light savings ended this weekend but it SHOULD recognize the change in the next few weeks. this was an error that pioneer corrected but if you do not have the new software you will still experience the bug. DHL
The 2.006 update resolved the daylight savings issue. (http://www.pioneerelectronics.ca/POCEN/Support/Car+Audio+Video/In-Dash/GPS-Navigation/ci.AVIC-F900BT.Support?tab=B)
Tiesto
Wow mine is doing the same thing. very annoying. I will try to install the update and see if that fixes it. How new is that update? I installed an update in september...
etnpnys
Didn't DST actually change a few years ago? Maybe the two week delay thing is because the AVIC doesn't know that the date of DST changed... ...anywhooo - still waiting for a response here to see if installing that update fixed things. Newman
it is definitely an issue with the AVIC not knowing the correct date of DST changes. the update should fix this. it will also fix itself in a couple weeks. or you could just change your time zone to central and it should help in the meantime. Woods-Rider
I am having problems with this also. I have the 3.0 update and even if I change time zones it changes back in a few minutes. Also, the clock on the map is different from the clock on the radio. The map is whatever timezone I set it to (for a few minutes anyway) and the radio is always the same time as "auto correction on" which is an hour ahead. Has anyone figured out how to fix this? Woods-Rider
Yeah, you can't change them with auto correction on.
jokernl
Since Sunday I am having the problem that my arrival time seems to be one hour later than the actual arrival time should be. Time it gets from the GPS looks OK, also time displayed on map (right hand upper corner Diaftia skin) is correct. (Timezone =GMT+1) Any ideas? More people experiencing this?
