it workt perfect, it took me a while because of the language , i am from holland.

 

but my f930bt runs like new.

 

i removed the whole password in the system,

hi there , im new to this forum and im trying to hack my avic 930bt but when i get to the password i got the first one wich is AVIC411 but the second one for the HACKMODE KEY .... thats where i get lost. any ideas ? thanks

Just wanted to say that I nearly bricked my x930bt that was upgraded to z140 firmware when I used Condi's 2.21 autoinstall.  For some reason it deleted my AV.EXE file and installed an older version of it.  I don't understand why it did or even why it didn't backup the original but luckily I had a backup from previous backup I made and just copied it back to the PRG1\APL folder and then had to delete the PRG.FLG file in the root directory of USER.  I did this using Condi's HACKMODE v1.4 BASE and supertestmode which uses a TESTMODE.KEY that is modified.  Once I did so I restarted unit and everything was copacetic.   I then updated to the latest 2013 maps using http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/38472-2013-usacan-maps-download/  which worked perfectly.  Just extract the contents of the Rar file to the root of my microsd card and when the stereo booted with the card in it, it detected it and asked to install update.  30 minutes later. I am sitting on 5.0 firmware and software!!!

 

 

Can you send me a link with your backup files. I tried the Condi autoinstall and i think i bricked my unit.

I've been locked out of my AVIC-X850BT for 2weeks  feels like forever  all that shows up on myscreen when I turn my truck on is user hint PAPA  I bought the truck used so I didn't set up the password  what do I download for this model to let me use the damn thing!!!!!  I don't care bout gps I just wanna at east be able to listen to music lol

It should be the same procedure for the X850BT.

 

The procedure is harmless IF YOU USE TESTMODE v1.4.  Do NOT use HackMode v2.21.

I managed to run some apps, TCPMP player, iGO8, Mireo Cardinale, and other gps software works too. New mortscript is not working, like some other software also, i think because of lack of some libraries/dlls. Windows in this units is very 'handicaped', there is no explorer.exe, control panel cpl's are not running etc.

But thats not important, not a big thing. It will work

I will make some scripts which will run some custom software/menu if proper files will appear on sd/usb.

 

For now I must get rid of av going front after ~30s.

When everything will work as I want to, then of course I will release full solution

I download this program but i don't know what password to enter. At first I type avic411, and secondly I don't know waht password to type?!

I have got onto windows style menu on my f930bt but how do I remove the password off the unit?

 

Can someone please help me.

I am rapidly losing the will to live! What is the HACKMODE password (and please don't tell me to read the first post because I have and i still don't see it/get it)?

 

RIGHT! Sorted it and this all worked but the pw is 00000 and yet the unit says this is not right!! Now what??

 

UPDATE: YES!!! Works now. No idea why though. I put 5 zeros in until it locked me out. Went back a few mins later and put in 4 zeros, then 6 zeros and then 5 again and it suddenly worked!!!

I loaded the hack successfully but now when i go to run my avi without  the hack, it stays frozen on the intro display screen.
