chazmink
I used the OEM sleeve in my Saab 9-5 and cut some of the sheet metal away at the back side so the cables wouldn't be interfered with.
whitesmoke
why would you be running harness from kenwood to pioneer? i meant to say... would a professional installer have used a wiring harness to go from the factory harness to run to normal wires that the kenwood? ie...something like this http://www.cardomain.com/item/SCOVW03B?vq_id=none
datahex10000
If you already have an aftermarket radio in your car, then you should already have a harness hooked to the Kenwood. All you or the installer has to do is cut the VW harness adapter from the Kenwood radio and splice it to the D3.
