themajesticking
I've noticed for a while now that my positioning seems to be like 10-15 feet behind. In other words when I'm at a light or crossing a street it's way behind me. I'll cross the street but on the map it shows me at being right in the middle of the intersection. What can I do? lraiello
I'm having the same problem with my N3! Anyone know what's going on?
boosted_blazer
Are you guys just relying on your GPS antenna? OR did you also hook up the VSS wire? With hooking up the VSS wire, your navi should become a little more accurate.
themajesticking
vss wire is connected and working properly.
vincecarterjr14
I heard with the N3, you have to connect a computer or laptop to get accurate readings?? Thats what I heard, I dont know if thats true or not.

SigForLife
Reset your data...I don't have access to a n2/n3 right now, but if you go into the nav settings, you can reset the calibration info. Do that and see if it fixes it. I have seen the problem quite often, especially when someone buys a unit that was installed in a different car previously...I have seen it actually have the car driving backwards, not due to the position of the brain, but due to the brain having learned the signals from the other car.
