TriPower
This forum was a huge help in finding the D3 at a great price, so I thought I'd post a few pictures of my installs. I loved the D3 in my C6 so much that I decided to spring for a second for my daily driver Ram. Both went in very easily with Metra dash kits and Peripheral interfaces, and both have Ipod, XM, and Bluetooth. The Ram also required the "sport" factory Nav bezel that I picked up on eBay. My only complaint is the finish of the plastic on the D3. Since when is the "black laquer" high gloss plastic look in fashion? I really wish the D3 was a flat black color like everything else in modern interiors.

jr21433
Hello, Did you modify your existing dask, or buy an aftermarket? I have a 2006 ram 1500 and hope for it to look like yours. Any help?

hottwhyrd
those dash kits can be easily sanded and painted gloss black to match the d3. but then nothing else in your car will be gloss black... so
TriPower
We don't need to sand the trim, we need to sand and paint the D3... The black lacquer look went out in the 80's.
