backup camera stopped working

Not the lens...but to all the seams AROUND the lens and the rest of the camera. It sounds like they've had some issues with moisture getting in the cameras. For $5 at Lowe's and a little time, you could find out if that takes care of your problem. I would seal it up good...everywhere there is any possible way for moisture to get in there.

I will try it but in my case I do not think it is moisture. I am in northern TX where it is 100 degrees plus daily.

Has anyone tried this? If so did it work?

maybe im stating the obvious but if you guys are gona do this and seal the camera, make sure you apply the seal when it works, other wise if it is indeed a moisture problem and you seal it when it doesnt work you will seal the moisture in it, and it wont work.
