micl9
More of a vent than a question. I have searched the manual and the forum for anything on speed sensitive volume, ie the volume gets louder with speed. I have a noisy truck so this would be a great feature for me. With VSS this should be a simple thing to do. I guess I should email Pioneer...

HiFiSi
Yes there is such a thing, but you usually only see it on factory stereo systems, not aftermarket ones.
cowboy119
actually, my old pioneer deck, deh=p7500 had that, but it never worked. I guess there was something I didn't hook up for it to work, i wasn't losing sleep over it though

twoie
my 2007 Saab came with this feature and it was kind of nice. The volume auto adjusted with increases in engine noise and seemed to be very responsive when the convertible top was down.
zinner
speed sensitive volume is almost standard on every GM car. It's an great feature. If you are just blasting music it's not that necessary, but if you listen to talk or at a more reasonable volume it's great.
